Board News...

Your Vote is Important - Please review and cast your vote!

After several requests, the Board of Directors of the Gordon Association of REALTORS® recently voted to change the membership year from its current calendar year period of January 1 - December 31 to a fiscal year period of October 1 - September 30. With this change, all membership renewals in the future would be distributed in August and would be due by October 1. Based on feedback from the membership, the major reason for this change is to move the renewal process away from the end of the calendar year and the holiday season.

In order to accomplish this task, we first need to amend the bylaws of the association to allow this change to take place. Since we do not have a general membership meeting scheduled until early August, we are distributing this message to each member and asking you to cast your vote to either approve the change of the fiscal and membership year to October 1 - September 30 or to reject this change and leave as a calendar year. » Cast your vote now!

Cost vs. Value: Your Expertise Needed
