Each office may submit one (1) nomination not limited to your office. Nominee must meet the requirements as laid out in the Georgia Association of Realtors® “Realtor of the Year” Application. Awards Committee will select the winner based on those criteria on the State application, which can be found on the Ga. Assoc. of Realtors® website each year. Beginning in 2008 the Recipient of this award will be submitted to the state level and the Gordon Association of Realtors will pay for the Recipient’s Registration Fee and President’s Banquet Ticket to the September GAR Convention and Trade Expo.Application
One (1) nomination per office. Nomination for Rookie of the Year is to be submitted with documentation and signed by the agent’s managing broker. Rookie of the Year is an agent who during the first 12 months in real estate has the highest dollar volume in closed sales. A rookie is a person who was first licensed in the calendar year in question.Application

Each affiliate will receive a certificate of recognition. An award will be given out when the committee believes an affiliate member of the Gordon Assoc. of Realtors® has supported the real estate industry and Realtor® association with time and resources above and beyond. Application
