Member Listserv

The Gordon Association of REALTORS® offers a Listserv service to all members.  This Listserv allows members to communicate effectively through one email address. This can be used to communicate your open house announcements.

The Listserv works in the following way:

  • Any member, who is active and paid with the association, will now be able to create a message and send it to announcements@gordonrealtors.com. You may create any type of email, including html (graphic) messages, and use any formatting you choose. You may also include attachments. The total size of the email may not exceed 1 Mb.
  • Once the message is sent to the address, it will automatically be routed to every member of the association. (If we do not have an email address on file for a member, it will not be sent.)
  • In order to work accurately, you will need to make sure you are sending an email from the same email address you have on file with the Board.
  • If you would like for your office manager or assistant to be able to send messages to the listserv, please send the following information to info@gordonrealtors.com: name, address, phone, email address.
